Integrations
FluxForce listens to the systems you already run. Here's what it connects to, grouped by what the system does. Anything not on the list connects through the API.
System categories
| Category | What it feeds | How it connects |
|---|---|---|
| Core banking & ledgers | Accounts, balances, and the record of money moved. | Connector or secure feed |
| Payments & transaction monitoring | The live transaction stream fraud and AML agents work from. | Connector or API |
| CRM & onboarding | Customer identity and how the relationship began. | Connector or API |
| Case & ticketing | Past investigations and outcomes the agents learn from. | Connector or API |
| External intelligence | Sanctions lists, watchlists, and outside risk signals. | Secure feed |
| Anything else | Internal or niche systems specific to your institution. | API |
Three ways to connect
- ConnectorsPre-built links to the common systems in this list. The fastest path when your stack uses something we already support.
- APIFor systems without a pre-built connector, or for sending FluxForce decisions back into your own tools. This is how the niche and internal systems join.
- Secure feedFor high-volume streams and external intelligence, a continuous feed rather than request-by-request calls.
Connections go both ways
FluxForce doesn't only read. When an agent makes a decision, it can write that decision and its reasoning back into your case system or CRM, so your team works in the tools they already know.
Deployment models
Where FluxForce runs affects how it connects:
- SaaS. The fastest way to start. We host, you connect.
- On-premise. FluxForce runs inside your environment, next to your data.
- Hybrid. Sensitive data and processing stay on your side, the rest runs as a service.
FAQ
Our core system is old. Will it connect?
Usually yes, through a secure feed or the API. Older core systems are common in this industry, and we plan for them.
Can FluxForce act inside our existing tools?
Yes, through the API and scoped write access. An agent can raise a case in your case system or update a record in your CRM, within the autonomy you've set.
Do we need every integration to start?
No. One source is enough to begin. See Getting Started.
